Hello,
Here I put some of the sites that the software cannot find contact forms even there are contact forms in real. I work on Turkish pages. So I added the words "iletisim", "iletişim", "İletişim" as the anchor text and urls that it will look for to find contact pages. However in the following sitesi it can not find contact forms even the fact that all the sites contain "a form of" the word "iletisim" in the URL. Here the URLs and the sites that the software can not find contact form:

hxxp://ytb.org.tr/tr/iletisim
hxxp://trakyaturizmrotasi.com/tr/iletisim/
hxxps://tekneyatshop.com/iletisim_formu
hxxps://www.ahsap-bank.com/iletisim,5.html

On some of them it can not find even contact page and on some them it can not find contact form. Interestingly 2 of them are multi language sites, may there be a setting for multi language sites.

Overall, am I missing a point in the "project settings", what should I add to project settings to catch the above pages?

Thanks

    I have imported the URLs and they work fine. The program could find the contact forms and also filled them correctly. My guess is that you modified default settings too much that would cause this. Try importing them into a newly created project with default settings.

    Hello,
    I created a new project and added keywords for "anchor texts to look for". After that it found contact forms. I gave the above addresses manually.

    So my question is this, should I both put the uppercase and lowercase versions separately of "turkish keywords that dont use english letters" to find correct page.

    For example:
    if I put "iletişim" will it be able to find "İLETİŞİM"? (please note that there is not İ in english).

    So I think there might be a problem related with uppercases of NON-ENGLISH characters. Such as upper i in Turkish is not I. It is  "İ"

    So should I put upper and lowercases of Turkish keywords separataly? Right?

    if there is a a difference from i to I in your language then yes, you either have to put thatmanually or simply give me that and I add support for next update.

    That would be incredible superb if you an put on the nex update, i am writing here upper and llower versions of "special" turkish characters:
    ı (note that there is not small ı in English)  --> I
    i  --> İ
    ş  --> Ş
    ğ  --> Ğ
    ö --> Ö
    ç  --> Ç
    ü --> Ü

    Most important and most problematic ones are the first 2: again:
    ı --> I
    i --> İ

    Thanks

    Hello,

    I again found some sites, this time I double checked on a new project. Software can not find forms on following sites, but I manually found the contact form pages. I will add them also to the below (the ones that I found MANUALLY)

    https://arasmist.com/
    http://araylidolap.com/
    http://tosyaahsap.com/
    https://www.modokominderci.com/
    https://www.medyagazete.com/osmaniye/okullarda-afet-bilinci-egitimleri-verildi-h32107.html

    https://arasmist.com/hakkimizda
    http://araylidolap.com/index.php/iletisim/
    http://tosyaahsap.com/bizeulasin.php

    Anyone who checked the sites? Any ideas?

    thanks for the data. I added the new anchors to the default setup on next update and was able to locate an issue with encoding.

    Next update should work better here.

    Dear Sven after adding anchor text it resolved 3 URLs but still could not solve the following ones:

    https://arasmist.com/  ---> Contact form is on homepage --> doesnt use id or name on input form (is there any other way to detect these forms?)
    https://www.modokominderci.com/ --> contact form is here: https://www.modokominderci.com/iletisim --> but again somehow odd contact form. doesn have id or name (is there any other way to detect these forms?)

    BUT this form is valid but can not find:
    https://www.medyagazete.com/ --> https://www.medyagazete.com/iletisim.html --> has id and name on contact form. I added these name and ids to submission section, BUT still can not find contact form. Why do you think it cannot find here?

    Thanks

    only the https://arasmist.com/ site failed for me. the name attribute seems to be added via javascript...if thats some major plugin I can have a look after weekend and see if i can support it...but adding support for every single/custom contact form would be endless work...I really cant do that for everything and simulate javascript for all...I hope you understand.

    Make sure you update to the latest version...I fixed some parts there to support more contact forms and improve searching.
