HELP! - Can't create not even 1 article link!

Hi,
Today, for some reason, i can'r create not even article link.
I check my proxies and they are working fine. I try to change setting, cleaning cache but nothing fixes the issue.
I also get many captchas like the one in the screenshot starting from yesterday.
 

Right now ONLY blog comments are working...
Any idea what happen?

    Ok, i choose test-internal and it works fine.

    I was able to fix the "no article links" issue changing my link list service.
    Links are created and working now but i still don't know how to fix the captcha issue...i get the non stop!




    any idea how to fix that?

    as written on the link I sent you....you need to edit the project and change the field called "ASK USER" to "RANDOM".

    Where is that option located? Can't find it anywhere.

    1. double click on project
    2. click on OPTIONs tab
    3. click on the label "Ask User" till you see "RANDOM".
