How to create web 2.0 backlinks?

I tried creating web 2.0 backlinks with ser but none was submitted. What do I do wrong?

    With "web2.0" you mean the category or sites in general? Because each one counts it differently. The category in SER with web2.0 is not filled with many sites, but there are actually many sites others call web2.0 but are based on different engines that SER can submit to.

    You have to use SERE if you want to submit to web2.0 sites with SER. There are other options too like RankerX and some lesser knowns
