Active projects grayed out

I'm unable to run all my projects more than a couple of hours. Eventually they all start to gray out while the status remain active. There are still targets, no important message and I'm not using any scheduler.

Also it seems as if my log stops working until I clear it while this happens. Sometimes I get an error and sometimes not, I've sent a few bug reports.
