Strange situation for solving captcha

i have a site that i intend to solve its captchas automatically so for this purpose i set a solver setting and it act very good by 99%
but about 10% of captchas ( normal captchas) cant pass and site say reenter captcha code and i check and absolutely
sure that the captcha text is correct and i check that in both auto CB and manually enter captcha myself
any opinion for this situation .?
