How to Fix This ERROR?

When I create a new project, why does the error always appear like above picture when I want to save the settings? how to fix it?

    It'S no error, just a warning. If you click NO it would continue.

    However, it's a suggestion to disable certain scrapers in the "Source" tab as you don't need them.
