Should I use proxies at anytime ?

Hi,

I am using VPS, and the IP will not rotate, should I using rotating proxies to prevent blocked or buy 10-20 shared proxies ?

    Depends on the project but yes, having rotating proxies will make the process smooth if you are planning to have a long run.
