catchall or outlook with spam folder monitoring macro

i understand catchall is way to go for most people here
but wouldn't I get same or better success rate with freemail like outlook.com and  bot/macro monitoring junk folder each 60 seconds and moving everything to inbox? Outlook also allows like 5 aliases per account
