Try To Place URL in Anchor Text/Comments Query
This is a useful feature and I'd like to know:
1) Is there a place where we can edit it centrally? (or do we have to edit every .ini file?)
2) Where does it pull the generic comments from?
3) If I use a manual token like "%url%" - will it skip adding this since it's found the URL already?
Most Importantly:
4) Do many platforms auto reject comments if there is a URL? I.e. has it been coded to only place it on platforms that accept it? (I don't want to edit my comments spintax to include a URL and then it get's rejected because the platforms disallow it)
