Is "remove duplicate domains" (from target urls) safe?

Question: can removing duplicate domains result in losing potential sites to post to? (e.g. it removes register page, (which gsa can recognize) but keeps some contact page instead (which gsa can't recognize) - is such situation possible?)

i always remove dup domains to post faster but im not sure if its safe
