Re-Building Old Money Sites That Say Too Much

I notice most of my older sites look dated.

Of course, not the newest stuff, but even FAIRLY new websites I've made.

Why?

They're a wall of text. I see ranking sites no longer say a lot. Really almost nothing~~!

Should I think about modifying to make them more brief?? Thinking about this...

    If they are ranking on first page you should not touch them. Maybe throw up some pictures or change the theme of the site but if a text is on first page then it has a reason to be there.

    OK. I'll not go crazy on any pages that are ranking and doing well.

    But for new stuff...

    All pictographic. No more words. At all. Well, maybe twenty. Or ten. :p:p:p
