Scraped web sites without contact form?

Hi,
Is it normal that the software scrape web sites with and without contact form?
I use non english language, is it maybe reason?
Should I setup something?

    The software scrapes first everything, even has an option to trim it to the root-url and add that as a starting point.

    Later, it is locating the contact-page and form in an additional step before sending the message.

    This should work in every language.
