If you're adding a new line for each image, I believe it's OK.
The "ÿ" character is what SER uses to separate the images once you add them to a project. But I believe you can add them with each being on a new line.
I don't know why that char ÿ displays. I cannot see what you posted. Your link times out.
I thought the user sees the images each on a separate line, but in the.prj file for a project, GSA-SER saves it with ÿ, and the user wouldn't see this.
I'd like to know also, looking more carefully into the .prj files...
