License STOP Working.

I bought a GSA license a few weeks ago.
I registered the Software and it worked.

Today, I saw the "Update Available" msg in the software.
When clicking to update the software, it simply stopped working. Destroying and ruining all my work.

I tried to uninstall and install again numerous times. I tried to insert my license again numerous times.
Nothing work.

I get the msg I should contact.

"Please request an activation code from info@gsa-online.de and provide name / serial as reference"

I contacted the email info@gsa-online.de with no reply.

    Hello, friend. It's the weekend, so maybe Sven might take an extra day getting back to you. Trust me, tho, GSA has about the best customer service around.

    You'll be thankful you believed me and saved yourself the stress.

    For now, try this:

    Goto the C:/Users/Appdata/ folder and find the subfolder of the current Windows User that runs GSA-SER.

    Navigate to the GSA Search Engine Ranker sub-folder there.

    In there, you should find all your work.

    Please think about backing up this folder onto a stick.

    BTW, I am just another user like yourself! But we try to help one another on the GSA forums. :)
