i get 2 links from single domain instead of just one

why does this regularly get 2 links, not 3, not one, but always 2 from single domain? My aim is to just have one link per domain.I imported urls to post to manually to project and there are indeed same domains repeating in my list, but thats because one url may not work while other may work (from the same domain).

I just want to limit GSA to one link per domain. its probably easy but not working for me.
