how to setup xevil as backup captcha, when gsa cb as first captcha?

GSA CB is using port 80, and I tried to setup xevil as second captcha, in xevil I put as port 8181, however when I test with "internal", it doesn't work? 

The test work when I setup xevil with port 80, and the GSA CB is closed. 

The Xevil should be 127.0.0.1:8181 with RuCaptcha? Currently 8181, GSA Ser doesn't talk to it.
The Xevil should be added in GSA Ser, or in GSA CB?

    You can simply disable the webserver option on CB as this is not needed when used with GSA tools alone.
