Importing account data into projects from other projects and/or files - in intervals

I think it can be good. An option in project settings to automatically import account data (and submit to them) from other projects / files (multiple) in time intervals.

    It might put ser in a loop and consume alot of memory.  Importing and exporting projects while ser is running might not work well.

    SER is a loop and memory is cheap  :p
