How to clean cache completely before starting a new project?

can you tell me how to 100% clear all the history and cache before starting up with a new project? If there is a tutorial please share. Tx

    If its a new project, then the only thing there is are the site lists, but Im sure you don't want to clear that.

    If you want to start a past project again from scratch, then click right on it.->modify->reset data and choose what you want to clear.
