Probably. Indexer will get you better indexing which is the whole point of all of this. It is different to ping vs. submit to Stats sites, which is what Indexer does. So that's why I say probably. It's not a clear cut yes or no. It might give you some incremental boost and get some links indexed that Indexer couldn't.
Having said that, I stopped pinging because I also submit to Lindexed automatically, and that already does a ping as part of its deal. So for me it was a duplicate effort and a waste of SER resources.

somehow 15€ for SEO indexer one time seams a better idea...
but never mind, I just hate monthly fees..

I use GSA Indexer after Lindexed. Indexing is hard. No single tool comes close to getting a high index rate. You must have multiple tools.
