how to use only identified urls for posting?

please look on my settings 
for some reason it serch for urls from other engines not only from identified list
what wrong in my setup?
I wont to strictly use urls only from identified list.

All settings are fine, you should NOT see any search engine requests or alike. That might come from a different project (please double check).
