Email Rule Creation

Is it possible to add to GSA SER the option of adding the rule in hotmail "if senders... contains...@ move to inbox", would be much easier to import all emails, hit a button and the software will add the rule to every  account.

No sorry, but I know there exists such a program. I for myself will not add this into our software.
