At what point should we switch out our catch-all e-mail accounts?

I have a few catch-alls.

And, I was wondering when it's necessary to dump an e-mail account and start using a new one.

How many entries on spam lists?

Also, once I get rid of older ones, besides projects that have submitted (but yet unverified accounts), is there any other need to hold on to older accounts?

Actually I don't think it's that important anymore. You usually don't place links on forums nowadays anyway and most of these blocking and checking against these lists happen on forums.
