Filtering issue

I set value Min.Speed 0.000 in export>filters.
There is 3 proxy only available in the dashboard.
But the result is getting 12 proxies.

seriously, a speed of 0sec is not realiastic...it will always be 0.0000001 or something ... Anyway your 0.000 is also converted to some none zero number here and compared.
