do you think project links at senuke is good feature?

at first, i even not understand what is it.  it seem a toy to connect each platform to other platform, i guess if it is efficient.

now gsa support tiered link, i finally understand what is it.

what you think of it? 

i mean are complex link wheel and tiered link important to seo?
