create new project -> select desired engine -> show urls -> verified -> import urls from clipboard -> input asking if i want to verify -> yes -> links are verified but they shouldnt, cuz they are not on the page & wrong engine is shown (blog comments, buddypress, pingacks) but i selected just one engine

    You mean they shouldn't get verified because of the fact that there is no link found?
    Well it's still taken here as SER also thinks it might be a citation link (e.g. article with branding text and no link).

    The engine detection is run on all engines available in SER, not only the one you selected in project settings.

    Maybe it's a good idea to ask if the two things above are wanted.

    I don't know how the others, but what i did was: importing verified urls built some time ago to re-create (simulate) old project.

    next update lets you choose if you want the engine-detection and also if you want to remove the urls where no link was found.
