How to add subtitle in articles?

Good day to you.
I wanna ask how to set up the articles from GSA CG with <h2> subtitle </h2>?
I choose "Mix Sentence (from all articles)". I see some people can generate the articles directly with <h2> subtitle </h2>.
But I put the same setup in the GSA CG but don't have the subtitle in my generated articles.
And I see their GSA CG has a option "Number of Titles per Article", but my GSA CG don't have this option and also I can't find any button to have this option. Does this option decide to havesubtitle or not?
