Threads start high the go low until clear history

I have an i7 processor 8 gb ram, so i dont think its my computer. 

When I start my 10 scheduled projects at a time (30 total projects) Its starts out 12-20 lpm going fast at 200 threads, then after a few hours i notice my threads are about 1-20 and the lpm goes down drastically. 

When I clear my history it goes back up and runs great for a little. 

What could be causing this?

Thats caused by verifications e.g. Meaning the program has to verify your submissions and during that time, no submission is done resulting in a lower LpM.
