Per project proxies

It would be really great if we could allow per project proxies. Some project do not require proxies, while others require specific types. Ideas:

1. mask selection based on project name could be used for certain proxies
2. proxies marked in project settings
3. an ability to disable proxies in project settings (this is really usefull while posting to localhost where proxy cannot determine the address)

    well I see the need for it but also see new problems with custom settings and customers complaining. It might be a good idea for you and some advanced users but for the majority it would bring in more support and trouble for me.

    @Sven I thought so. What about at least one option, to skip proxies per project? I have troubles posting to localhost beacuse of that. Maybe theres any workaround?

    127.0.0.1 should not have any proxy being applied and is automatically skipping the add of proxies.

    Ok, great, maybe we could add our own hosts aswell? 

    Edit: Maybe in a file, not in the GUI to make it easy to develop ?

    on next update you can put a file in appdata folder called proxy_skip_domain.dat
    That can hold one domain each line to skip proxy usage.
