what does awaiting account verification mean?

in GSA Search Engine Ranker
when i use gsa ranker and only creating dofollow links, i get a message awaiting account verification, what does it mean, i only see 23 submission and 0 verified links.

And when i show submitted urls i only see waiting account verification

    Hey, Ranker...

    That message means that GSA Search Engine Ranker has created an account on a site.

    The software must then later check your e-mails and find the account creation email, and then open the link in that and verify the account before anything else happens.

    Some accounts require this before posting.
