Suspicious connection

Greetings!

I noticed a strange and constant connection in a machine used only for GSA, "91.237.69.144 host-69-144.tuchola-dc.pl" coming from Poland and I would like to know if it's related to any GSA service because this connection disappears after closing the Gsa Captcha Breaker.

    with GSA you mean SER? But I have no idea what this is from. Do you use any addons/apis?

    Sorry for not specify, Gsa Captcha Breaker only. 
    No, I have no add-ons. 
    Appreciate the help, I will try to block this connection.

    OK for GSA Captcha Breaker there is nothing that would connect to anywhere at starup, at least 91.237.69.144 is totally unknown to me.
