Recommend settings E-Mail checking/Verification via proxy

I'm using public proxy for submission.
What do you recommend
1) E-mail Checking Enable or Disable this option
2) Verification Enable or disable

    You will get complaints if you dont use proxies on #2. I didnt for a longggg time, but it turns out some smart people started correlating things. If you make a post, and are the only person to view it (And a few others) they will send an abuse complaint to your host.

    For email checking... I guess it depends if your using public emails or private ones. Google, yahoo, etc, will IP block you after awhile.

    I would seriously promote dropping $20 on some private proxies. You dont need anything crazy for most stuff - 20 or so shared proxies should meet your needs just fine.

    Without them your going to be running very slowly - and you will miss verifications, because those public proxies cant be relied upon.

    1) depends on the email provider you use, but usually I would not use it. If it works fine without it, keep in unchecked

    2) if you use it for submission, then you usually want to use it here as well to stay 100% anonymous. Because a site could easily track you if they take the IP of the first one visiting that new created page with your link on it.

    Sorry I could not understand.
    I'm using public emails (rediff.com) using VPN.

    Shall I keep using public proxy(private type) enable/disable
    1) E-Mail Checking
    2) Verification

    2) I can only repeat myself ... on a VPN however, I don't see much use using proxies anyway

    You might misunderstand this all along. Using proxies + a VPN has no advantage except for search queries. You can do more searches as the outgoing IP is different.

    But for the amount of threads for submission it has no influence.

    I'm not using SER in search queries.

    My doubt is If I not use proxy in submission, My IP is single if I use 100 thread how it possible?

    If I disabled submission in global setting shall I use proxy in proxy manager or not?

    When using proxies + VPN then it's the same local traffic as without proxies.
