It depends with your needs. To get a rough idea you can multiply 10x with a thread. Ex : If you run 100 threads then you will need 10 proxies. If you go with 10 threads then 1 proxies.

Thank you for all the answers. I somehow didn't read the negative ksatul's opinion and bought blazing seo proxies. I will let you guys know if I have any problems with them.
