strategy for link building to a 800k page directory website

So I have a 800k page directory website. I want to build links to the pages directly using GSA. If you were i this position what would be your link building strategy and why? I really appreciate your response.

    use crawl option in the project > data> Edit as show in picture

    Play around with it and you will get what you want. for 800K urls you will need robust computer.
