Recommend settings Unchecked email verification with.....

I have unchecked "Uncheck Engines using E-Mail verification", for that shall I use "Custom time" or "Automatically" which is recommended?
Its my T4.

    Keep it to Automatic. This verification applies to email and link verification.

    no, because then you will almost never see any link being verified if it does not appear in instantly.

    "Uncheck Engines using E-Mail verification" mean I have disabled email verification then how can go email link verification?
