Limit bandwidth?

Like with uTorrent , is it possible for you to limit bandwidth somehow, so that we can use GSA SEO whilst using the internet? I have tried limiting threads but this is not doing much. I am using it on my PC so it's hard to do work and leave GSA going at the same time....  Browsing the internet is painful when GSA is running. I am on 8MB/s DSL so it's not too fast but not that slow either.

    Run it on a time schedule when you aren't likely to be online :)

    I am online 12+ hours a day though, I want to keep it on 24 hours a day. I know, I should just buy a server to use, but cant be bothered.

    I have used it for other applications but I am not quite sure how it would affect SER.

    Or use the scheduler in SER to only run on the 12hours you're not online.
