GSA Proxies NOT Working

I have brought dedicated proxies from buyproxies.org and blazingseollc. But when I add to GSA and test, none of them works.

I am in China, is that caused the issue? If yes, except the VPS, how to use the GSA ranker in China?

    I think im late to reply to this thread but you can get a US based vps and set up ser there
