Strange error when checking Death By Captcha balance

I am trying to check the balance for Death By Captcha and I am getting a strange error message. I can confirm that my Death By Captcha balance's login details are correct and that there is a full balance of captchas. How to solve this?

    try using the SOCKs API for "Death by Captcha" and see if you get some "banned" message or alike.

    Oh it seems like the Socks API worked. Should I remove the old one and use this one?

    this socks api will not work with recaptcha...if you don't mind about it, then yes, have it exchanged with that one.

    no, it usually is the service itself banning you from accessing the POST API for too many requests or anything alike.
