Berman VPS

I did something silly I was messing with a registry cleaning program on my berman VPS to try and prevent a crash problem and the VPS crashed while I was doing it!  I'm now unable to login at all, even in the control panel, reset, reboot doesn't help.

Has anyone come across this before and if so how do they resolve it?  I've emailed Berman but theirsupport is pretty slow.
