IPs are getting slow! Need help

I realized that the IPs I use are getting slow. Not quite sure whether is it my client or does it happen to everyone these days? Could you let me know if you know any good IP clients to purchase some fast IPs.

every ip/proxy slow down the streaming. it is very normal. i normally use private proxies and they are usually faster. i will send more info about my proxy client to the inbox if you want.
