Help with setting up email

Hopefully I'm doing somthing very simple wrong.

I have created a Hotmail account and entered the details into GSA email settings.
Every time I test the account I get the same error message (attached)

I have logged into the Hotmail account, tested that is is sending and receiving emails.

I have also tried other email accounts and get the same error message.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

    that looks ok to me if the login/password is really correct then I don't know whats wrong. Maybe try writing the email all lowercase.
  • Thanks for getting back to me. I have tried changing to lower case and still get the same message. I have also used other email addresses and receive the same message. 

    What are my options?

    send me the full account in pm and I try to debug it here, but it most likely is no issue inside the software really.
