Any place i can check the errors for red color project?

I duplicate a tier3 project today and found it's red now, have no idea where is wrong(just copy it from another working tier 3 project and reset data), is there any place for error report or message?

you mean the color of the project's name? Thats nothing you have to worry about. The color is random to better separate projects from each other in the log window.
