Article builder in gsa ser not working

Is anyone else too using article builder in gsa ser and getting errors in generating articles from last 2 days ?
@Sven can you please check if its gsa ser or any other problem as the account is working fine in browser but not generating articles in gsa ser. Thanks

    indeed there system seems a bit busy. I get an error message about the server being overloaded (in spin syntax).

    @Sven can you reach out to the developers of Article Builder as to solve the issue in gsa ser. I have also emailed them but looks like their API is having problems. I will appreciate if you can help solve this issue. Thanks
