Content scraping program for tier 1,2,3 ???

Hello I would like to know what programs you recommend to scrape content for the tier 1,2,3 because I don't know what content is better to create links.

    I've already tried it, but to create articles in Spanish is not very good

    Sorry Sven didn't mean it like that. SEO Content Machine was pretty good, lots of generators have free trials.
