GSA SER thread stop in status "already parsed"

When GSA SER does not find the next step (registration URL). The thread stop in status "already parsed" and does not follow next URLs. Maybe I can set a timeout for each step in thread? For example, if there is no movement in the thread for more than 2 minutes - release the thread and proceed to the processing of the next URLs.

    already parsed means SER tried to submit there and the project settings do not allow it to post there again.
