How to move GSA Search Engine Ranker projects from your existing VPS

Hi ,i am a new user , i want to know that when i want to change my vps and get new vps wen install gsa i want my all projects setup on new vps how i can get my all set up on new vps, and whic one is best vps for Gsa ,

• select projects->modify->backup/restore
• options->backup settings (lower left corner)

I use OVH for dedicated server but before that I used SolidSEOVPS for VPS. Never had a complaint and quick customer response time
