Import + Check + Send + Export + Delete

Hi

For this option, what is deleted?
1) The urls from the GSA CF project?
2) The original TXT file that's imported?

The list is cleared...no files are deleted.

    So in an example.
I have an existing project with 10K success urls in the window.

    Question 1:
If I use this feature and import 1M urls (split up in 10 smaller files with 100K each), it will import a file, submit it,
    A) then add to the success urls in the window?
    B) OR save success urls to file?
    C) Both add it to success urls window & save to success urls file?
(The reason I ask is that my project files are getting too big so trying to find a solution)

    Question 2:
    The list is cleared

    What list?

    Question 3:

Will it somehow know not to submit to successful sites again if it's clearing the list?

    1. you choose the files at startup.
    2. the program loads the first file and does the normal processing
    3. when done the <file>-success.txt / <file>-failed.txt is created (something alike...don't have exact file names in mind)
    4. list is cleared (as select all urls -> right click -> remove/delete all).
    5. next file from 1. is loaded and the whole thing repeats

Thanks. I get that. What I don't understand is this:
    4. list is cleared

Which list? the success submits as well?
(E.g. when it loads file 2, let's say it has 500 same urls as in file 1, will it resubmit these since they're in file 2, or will it know they were already submitted with file 1?)

well indeed it might submit then again as everything is cleared. The only way to prevent this is de-dupeing the list before usage.

Thanks. That's what I wanted to check. :-)

Is there any way to specify a txt file with success urls that it won't submit again?

I.e. I create a master success txt that it checks against for a project?

put all domains in a file and add that file in global blacklist.

When I run this feature (Import + Check + Send + Export + Delete)
on a dedi at 200 threads (or at 20 threads)

    1) When I have it running on 5 projects it crashes.
    2) Files are 2mb (100K records each)
    3) 5 files per project.

It's crashing at 5 projects. Any idea why?

send the bugreport than I might know
  • AlexRAlexR Cape Town
Will send a PM. There's no bug report. It just hangs.

PM sent. I'm out of the VPS.
