Spinfile on Emails - Format

I want to use a .txt file that has all my emails on it. 

<email>:<pop>:<login>:<password>

Question:

If I have a file with 100 lines in it in above format. Where do I insert the spinfile macro? 
Currently I have a file for each:
1) Pop
2) Password
3) Login
4) Email

Would prefer to have 1 file for this than 4.

    you should use the new email list dialog where you can add more than one email.
