Gmail accounts.. can you create multiple out of one account?

I remember I used to do something like:

Myaccount@gmail.com

Then I could add:

01.Myaccount@gmail.com
02.Myaccount@gmail.com
03.Myaccount@gmail.com

Is this option sitll available?  Or is it gone from gmail now?

You can use the "Dot trick" and place insert as many "." as you want in the local name before the @.
