Stop groups from being case dependent

@sven - When moving projects to groups they are case dependent.

Example

A group called "RED WIDGETS" already exists but when I try to move projects to it typing lowercase "red widgets", SER creates a new group called "red widgets"

Also can we have a way of adding a sub-group from the main group without having to move projects into it.

    If i right click on a main group I do not see an option to create an empty group
