Unable to Update SER

I'm not able to update GSA SER. I cannot access the site to download the file or update automatically. Does anyone have any advice or experiencing a similar issue?

    thats already a redirect to some error page. What was the original page you tried to open?

    I was trying to update SER and CB and all my other GSA tools today and none would work. Then I try to update manually and I cannot even view the GSA website. 

    I thought I read a thread a while back where someone had a similar issue. Could it be my IP address is blocked?
